Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, our team is here to help clearly and quickly.

Change of mind

For online orders you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.

Product condition

Items must be returned uninstalled, uncut, without adhesive or signs of use, with all parts and packaging. We will inspect the return before issuing a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, product and label.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. The time to appear depends on your bank.
